Delivery

Our aim is to dispatch ordered items within a business day of receiving payment.

Our cut-off for dispatch is 1:30pm Monday-Friday.

Orders placed on Weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We cannot accept liability for items not delivered on time and would recommend that you do not book a mechanic until you are in physical possession of the goods.

Whilst we do everything we can to meet dispatch times, they may be affected by things that are outside our control and cannot be guaranteed.

We are unable to send items to non UK destinations at this time.

Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and remote locations may take a bit longer.

Keep tabs on your parcels with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Provides full online tracking to enable you to keep track of your parcel's progress.

Tracked 48 aims to deliver your parcel in 2-3 working days mainland UK, please accept the possibility of an extra day if you are in the Highlands or Northern Ireland.

(This option is for heavy items and multiple items 20kg +)

Express Delivery Next-Day delivery.

Express products are subject to a 1-2 day delivery time.

This is subject to geographical location.

Returns

Any item that is being returned needs to have a detailed reason and the invoice number. (The Invoice is your proof of purchase)

Any items that are returned as 'Incorrectly ordered' or 'No longer required' MUST be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and ready to sell again. If the packaging is found to be unfit for resale there will be no refund or subject to a repackaging charge, the item will be checked to make sure there are no signs of being fitted, you will be notified of this before with pictures showing proof of damage

Any return needs to be approved and a GRN number issued.  (GRN - goods returned number)

Any cost of postage for any return item is at the cost of the buyer with no refunded cost. - Tracked / Signed postage is recomended to confirm postage. if the item is lost in transit its is at the buyers behest to chase the delivery company or chase a claim,

An item returned without an allocated GRN number has no guarantee of being processed and could result in no refund / replacement being organised and also the possibility of not being able to locate an item.

Please return the unused goods to us with the original invoice within 14 days in its original packaging, all items are checked upon return to comfirm non use,

Returns will only be accepted by post to the mailorder department

Warranty Information

Warranty is ONLY valid if the item is fitted by a fully qualified mechanic. We will ask for a letter from the mechanic with the business letterhead for proof.

We will need a full report detailing how the part has been diagnosed as faulty and without this letter we are unable to make any warranty claims.

The length of warranty varies on the items we sell, but all start from date of purchase (please keep proof and date of purchase recorded and safe).

There is NO WARRANTY on items that have been fitted incorrectly and we don't accept claims for labour on faulty goods that are returned.

NO WARRANTY CLAIM ON PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN FITTED BY NON QUALIFIED MECHANICS

Please use a trackable return service and keep the receipt.

Our warranty will only cover a replacement for any faulty item, and not a refund.

Our warranty is limited liability for product only and doesn’t cover labour / fitting / inconvenience / car hire / breakdown charges or any other damage.
